Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees F. Place Roast in Pan, and Season with Salt, Garlic Powder, and Pepper. Add Veggies; Carrots, Potatoes, Onions, Green Beans. Roast for 60 Minutes (20 Minutes per Pound). Remove from Oven, Cover with Foil… Wait… Wrong Recipe… It’s more like Polymer Clay, China, and a Silver Plated Ring… Right? HA!
