Rock Candy Earrings

Rock Candy is a Type of Confectionery Mineral Composed of Large Sugar Crystals. The Candy is Formed by allowing a Supersaturated Solution of Sugar and Water to Crystallize on a String or a Stick. Heating allows the Sugar to Dissolve thus Producing Larger Crystals. Then Food Coloring is Added to the Mixture to Produce Colored Candy! In other words: Sweet Tooth Heaven!
