This Dragon wraps around your ear and lays eggs in your brain! HA! It also gives lizardly advice and requires only one ear pierced (although they do sell Dragons for the other ear as well – equally priced no doubt).

Made of English pewter, it's over 3" tall. P.S. it contains no nickle, so you won't have to worry about allergies. ROARRRR!
