Once Classified in the Lily Family, like Onions and Garlic, the Liliaceae has been Split and the Onion-Like Plants are now in the Family of Asparagaceae. Asparagus is Widely Cultivated as a Vegetable Crop, is Quite Tasty, and it makes a Cute Ring as well! :)
